Providing "Care You Can Count On." 🛡️ March is National Athletic Training Month, and we are highlighting the essential work our athletic trainers do to keep our student athletes safe, healthy, and on the field.

March is National Reading Month! 📚 Whether it’s a daring adventure or a deep dive into history, reading opens doors to endless possibilities. We encourage all our students to grab a book and discover something new this month.

Spring Pictures will be taken on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Students will be able to dress in their nice Spring attire, and take Spring pictures with the backgroundo n the flyer. Only students who Pre-Pay will be allowed to take a picture on picture day. A Spring picture order envelope was sent home with all students. Call us @ 337-942-4892, if you have any questions. Please Note: Students Must Have Pre-Paid To Take Pictures and Dress Out on Wednesday.

You are invited to join us next month at Delta Grand Theatre on Friday March 27th for Movie Night with The Mama Joe Project. This is a free event that includes a film screening, panel discussion, and mini-info fair to help better connect attendees to information and resources, not only to assist in dealing with caregiving and dementia…but to help improve health and quality of life in general. This is a free public event open to people of all ages in St. Landry Parish and surrounding areas. We hope to see you there.

This week, we join districts across the country in celebrating the incredible students, dedicated teachers, and hardworking staff who make our schools the heart of our community. Thank you for choosing St. Landry Parish!

Creswell Middle School 6th Grade Parents: If your child turned in a permission slip to attend the Career Fair at Lawtell Elementary on Monday, February 23, 2026, they are allowed to dress to impress. We want our students to experience a job fair and meet vendors and people from various businesses and careers. This will be a great activity for our 6th graders. They will leave about 8:30am and return about 12:00pm for lunch.

Creswell Middle School- Parent Involvement Activity: Pages & Popcorn- A Family Literacy Night - "Popping Up A Love For Reading" on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 5:30pm - 6:30pm in the school cafeteria . Please bring your favorite book and blanket to this activity.
